This website (app.yfproductions.com) is the private event-management system of YF Productions. It is used by our team to plan events and by our customers to view their event details.

What we collect

Account details for team members (name, email, phone), and the event information our team enters: customer contact details, event dates, vendors, floor plans, quotes, invoices and notes.

Signing in with Google

If you choose "Continue with Google", Google tells us only your name, email address and that the email is verified. We use this only to match you to your existing account and sign you in. We do not get your Google password, and we do not read your Gmail, contacts, files or anything else in your Google account.

How we use it

Only to run our events business: planning, scheduling, communicating with customers and vendors, and billing. We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Only signed-in YF Productions team members, and customers for their own event. Our hosting provider stores the data on our behalf. We may share information when the law requires it.

Keeping it safe

The site uses encrypted connections (HTTPS), passwords are stored scrambled (hashed), and data is backed up regularly.
